Customer Service Policy
Goods are subject to availability. All items that are displayed on the website are available to purchase however from time to time a Supplier may not be able to provide a product for whatever reason and in this situation ordering this product may be out of our control. In the event that we cannot supply a product we will notify you within 2 working days of your order and will notify you via e-mail. If we cannot fullfill your order a full refund will be given within 5 workings days where you have already paid for the goods.
It is our intension to only display available products for sale. If a Supplier is unable to supply a product for whatever reason we will have this product removed from the website.
Restricted access
Access to certain areas of this website is restricted. Confectionery World reserves the right to restrict access to areas of this website, or indeed this entire website, at the discretion of Confectionery World.
If Confectionery World provides you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of this website or other content or services, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential.
Confectionery World may disable your user ID and password at the sole discretion of Confectionery World without notice or explanation.

Without prejudice to the other rights of Confectionery World under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Confectionery World may take such action as Confectionery Wolrd deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
Variation
Confectionery World may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Assignment
