Delivery Information — Confectionery World
Confectionery World ships orders Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Our goal is to dispatch your order within 24 hours of purchase. During peak seasons such as Christmas and Easter, dispatch times may be longer due to high order volume. If you have a strict deadline, please let us know and we will do everything we can to assist.
Dispatch Times
➤ Standard orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours
➤ Express Post orders must be placed before 11am for same‑day dispatch
➤ Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day
➤ During peak periods, dispatch may take longer due to high volume

International freight is calculated at checkout once your shipping address is entered. Tracking is provided for all international orders.

Authority to Leave (ATL)
By default, most carriers will deliver parcels with Authority to Leave.
If you require a signature:
➤ You must specify this in your order notes at checkout
If you instruct us or the courier to leave goods without a signature:
➤ You accept full responsibility for the condition and security of the goods
➤ Confectionery World is not liable for loss, theft, heat damage, or weather exposure once delivered
Heat‑Sensitive Products
Many confectionery items are sensitive to heat. Please consider:
➤ Choosing Express Post during warmer months
➤ Providing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel
➤ Avoiding PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers in extreme heat
We cannot guarantee products will not melt during transit.
